RETURN POLICIES 

We will accept, for return or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 21 days from the date of your original order.  
Items returned due to change of mind or sizing issues requires you to pay to return the item(s) to us. Please measure your doggy’s neck and refer to the sizing guide before ordering.
