Where are Xoulmade products made?
Every item is artisan made in Chiapas, México using traditional techniques passed down through generations.
Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or reach out and I’ll help you track it
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Dallas, TX — so no international delays, no customs surprises. Orders ship in 2–4 business days.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes! We accept returns or exchanges on unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition.
Will my order look exactly like the photo?
Because every item is handmade, there may be very slight variations, but the colors and design will match. This is what makes each piece truly one of a kind!
Will you restock sold-out items?
Some styles do restock, but many are made in small batches. If there’s something you love, feel free to message me and I can let you know
