Where are Xoulmade products made?
Every item is artisan made in Chiapas, México using traditional techniques passed down through generations.
Is every piece exactly the same?
Slight variations in color, pattern, and weaving are part of what makes every handmade piece unique. No two pieces are exactly alike.
How should I care for my Xoulmade pieces?
Gently clean collars, leashes, and bracelets with warm water and a soft brush, then allow them to air-dry completely. Avoid harsh chemicals, soaking, and machine washing to preserve their colors and quality.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from the United States, and we currently deliver within the U.S. only.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Most deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days after they are shipped.
Where is my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder or reach out and I’ll help you track it
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Yes! We accept returns or exchanges on unused items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us with your order number and photos of the item. We want to make sure we make it right!
